Job Description

We are looking for a joyful, polite, kind and entertaining Guest Services Attendant to join the Northern Lights Village. You will mainly be driving, carrying luggage, guiding people to their safari start point and responding to various inquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests and will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy their stay.

Guest Services Attendant responsibilities are:

  • Greeting customers upon entering
  • Assisting customers with queries
  • Making relevant suggestions
  • Driving guests to/from the airport and their cabins
  • Helping to arrange transportation for guests
  • Take the luggage from groups to the cabins, if requested.
  • Opportunity to be a helping guide on our excursions

Guest Services Attendant requirements are:

  • Experience as a Guest Services Attendant or similar position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid B drivers' license
  • Effective communication skills
  • Vocation education in guest relations and entertainment is an advantage.

It would be beneficial for a Guest Service Attendant to:

  • Speak other languages: Finnish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish and French are an advantage.
  • Have knowledge of the local area
  • Other drivers' licenses are an advantage
  • Experience on the field
  • Familiarity with hotel software is an advantage
  • Adaptability and flexibility

Pay, duration and benefits

  • Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period.
  • Starting in November and until the end of March.
  • Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
  • Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement.
  • If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €200-300,00/month

Etsimme iloista, kohteliasta, ystävällistä ja viihdyttävää asiakaspalvelijaa liittymään joukkoomme. Suurimman osan työajasta tulet ajamaan autoa, kantamaan matkalaukkuja, ohjaamaan vieraita heidän aktiviteettien alkupisteelle ja vastailemaan kysymyksiin ja pyyntöihin.   • Asiakkaiden tervehtiminen
  • Asiakkaiden auttaminen
  • Suositusten antaminen
  • Asiakkaiden kuljetus lentokentältä/lentokentälle ja hotelleilta/hotelleille
  • Asiakkaiden auttaminen kuljetuksen varaamisessa
  • Matkalaukkujen kuljettaminen mökkeihin tarvittaessa
  • Mahdollisuus toimia myös apuoppaana retkillämme

Palkka, työaika ja etuudet:

  • Vähintään 90 tuntia kolmessa viikossa
  • Työ alkaa viimeistään marraskuussa ja päättyy maaliskuun lopussa, riippuen sesongista
  • Tuntipalkka, joka neuvotellaan työhaastattelussa
  • Työehtosopimuksen mukaiset etuudet
  • Tarjoamme tarvittaessa majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 200-300€/kk
